CORAZONADA — PRIVATE PILOT · v0.1 DRAFT UNDER LEGAL REVIEW This document is a working draft pending attorney review; it is not legal advice nor a final version. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ # Corazonada — Beta Pilot Terms **Version:** v0.1 (structural draft) · **Date:** 2026-08-31 **Operator (responsable):** CTM (Creando Tu Matrix) · Marcus Patman *Working draft, NOT legal advice and not a final publishable version. Pending review by a Mexican attorney. AUTHORIZED for the private pilot by Marcus (2026-10-18): served at `/legal` with a visible draft banner; legal review remains pending before the pilot widens beyond owner-invited testers — see [docs/es/regulatorio-mexico.md](../es/regulatorio-mexico.md), checklist §8, item 4. Every `[ ]` marks a placeholder still pending. This is an English mirror of [docs/es/terminos-beta.md](../es/terminos-beta.md) for reference — the Spanish version is the legally operative one, since these terms are governed by Mexican law. Any discrepancy is a translation bug, not an intentional difference. These terms cover only the private invite-only pilot (build plan, week 8) — not the paid product (P2) on the [README](../../README.md)'s roadmap, which will get its own reviewed terms before a single peso is charged.* --- ## 1. What this pilot is Corazonada is a personal messaging concierge (Telegram in this pilot; WhatsApp to come): you text it like any contact, and it runs errands for you (checking your CFE bill, searching flights, following up on your email and calendar if you connect your Google account) using a cloud computer dedicated to your account. This pilot is **private, invite-only, and free**. Nothing is charged during this phase. When the service moves to a paid phase (roadmap phase P2), you'll get separate, attorney-reviewed subscription terms and notice before anything is ever charged — never under these terms. ## 2. Eligibility This pilot is for adults who receive an invite code directly from CTM. It is not designed for, or intended for, minors. An invite code is personal — don't share or post it. ## 3. How the service works - **Free-form conversation:** within the chat of the channel you entered through, you can ask the agent for anything within the capabilities described in the welcome message. - **Confirmation gates:** no action with real consequences (spending money, sending an email on your behalf, canceling a subscription) executes without your explicit confirmation first. The agent shows you what it's about to do and waits for your "yes" before proceeding. - **Portal credentials:** if you share a credential (e.g., your CFE login) so the agent can run an errand, it's stored encrypted — see the [Privacy Notice](privacy-notice.md) for full detail. - **Google connection (optional):** you can connect your Google account so the agent can read your calendar and email. This is entirely optional and revocable at any time from your Google account. - **Immediate opt-out:** text "STOP" or "BAJA" at any time to stop receiving messages. Opting out is as easy as opting in, with no penalty — this pilot has no charge to cancel, but the same ease-of-cancellation commitment carries forward to the future paid phase (Mexico's LFPC consumer-protection reform, 2025). ## 4. What this service is NOT Corazonada is not a financial, legal, or tax advisor. When the agent prepares an action with implications of that nature (e.g., a payment), it only ever executes what you explicitly confirm — the decision is always yours. Corazonada does not hold or transfer funds on its own behalf; when an errand involves a payment, the agent prepares the action and the final payment tap stays with you (e.g., in the merchant's own checkout session, or in your own banking app). ## 5. Experimental nature of the pilot This is a product under active development. It may have bugs, change behavior without notice, or be temporarily interrupted. We offer no availability guarantee or service-level agreement (SLA) during this phase. If something doesn't work as expected, report it directly in the Corazonada chat — that's exactly what a 6-person pilot is for. CTM may end the pilot or revoke an invite code's access at any time, including for misuse of the service. ## 6. Privacy The processing of your personal data is governed by the [Privacy Notice](privacy-notice.md), incorporated into these terms by reference. ## 7. Limitation of liability `[ ]` Placeholder section — final limitation-of-liability, indemnification, and dispute-resolution language must be drafted by the Mexican attorney handling the review (see checklist §8 in [regulatorio-mexico.md](../es/regulatorio-mexico.md)). Nothing in this draft should be read as waiving any consumer right under Mexico's LFPC. ## 8. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. `[ ]` Jurisdiction and dispute-resolution mechanism still pending definition with the attorney. ## 9. Changes to these terms If we materially update these terms, we'll notify you over your chat channel before they take effect. The current version is always available at `[ ]` (URL pending — see `LEGAL_DOCS_URL`). ## 10. Contact Any question about these terms, message us directly on your Corazonada chat channel.
